App review: Deal or No Deal: Million Dollar Mission

After watching Deal or No Deal, I got an urge to play myself. So I downloaded Deal or No Deal: Million Dollar Mission from the App Store.

I was not impressed. This game feels slow and the graphics look like they were imported from a mobile phone version.

It is choppy, none of graphics in the game are smooth (again, the mobile phone quality).

I do not recommend this app; it is too much money for a poorly developed app. But, maybe it’s me. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by the great graphics of Hero of Sparta and Brothers in Arms.

It does the whole deal or no deal thing, but doesn’t quite step up to the iPhone quality.

I recommend spending your $3 elsewhere; maybe on iShoot or Days of Thunder (only $0.99)

But if you’re a diehard DOND fan, this app will let you play your favorite gameshow; just really slowly.

You’ve heard me talk about my ancient laptop, but have you ever wondered what it looks like? Since it’s an old computer, the desktop has to look like Windows 95, right?

Not quite what you expected from a Pentium 2 processor and 128mb of RAM? I believe this looks better than the default XP look.
